The primary focus then as today is to focus on achieving customer satisfaction. Our products and service must conform to their requirements as expressed in a specification with measurable characteristics and demonstrate pride in workmanship. We are committed to quality..…the highest quality in everything we do.
Our customers expect and we have an obligation to provide a consistent product to the agreed upon specifications. They must be reliable, offered at a reasonable cost and delivered on time. Further, our employees have the responsibility to produce product and provide services that meet our customer expectations.
We believe Quality assurance begins with careful inspection of incoming raw materials purchased as defined by ISRI Specifications. Each lot is identified, assayed, sorted and processed as required through the smelting process. Lot identification and the attendant samples are maintained for up to five years.
Utilizing some of the industries most advanced furnaces, we recycle aluminum scrap using Statistical Process Controls (SPC) into a broad range of secondary aluminum alloys. These furnaces are equipped with molten metal pumps, degassing equipment, ceramic foam filters and supported by modern casting equipment capable of producing a variety of ingot and sow configurations. A fully integrated laboratory with standards traceable to the National Bureau of Standards and other ancillary equipment provides ever-evolving improvements in product quality.
In competitive situations we understand how critical just in time delivery is to your business. Our fleet is able to deliver product within hours anywhere in the continental United States. The same equipment can be utilized to return your aluminum scrap to the smelter for conversion in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.
We are proud of the numerous quality awards received from customers representing the major metal consuming industries in North America.
Our goal is to develop a working partnership, if you think we can be of service please contact us.
